Un nuovo taglio, una nuova acconciatura 💇🏼‍♀️ un cambiamento che non ha niente a che vedere con "voler fare qualcosa di diverso".

Tante persone hanno seguito la storia, hanno sostenuto l'iniziativa in svariate maniere, con diverse mi sono confrontata e ho avuto l'occasione di fare dei bei discorsi 🥰

Questo mio progetto è nato da una decisione presa 4 anni fa, da una lamentela fondamentalmente 🤦🏼‍♀️ e il racconto continua sulla pagina della campagna 🙃

Sì, perché in parallelo ho deciso di lanciare una piccola raccolta fondi a favore della ricerca svizzera contro il cancro per il finanziamento di progetti scientifici e collaborazioni di ricerca internazionali riguardanti i tumori rari 🩵 e sono senza parole per il supporto che è stato dato anche a questa idea 😍 e per chi vuole dare un contributo, può farlo direttamente tramite questa pagina ancora fino al 12.11.2023 💌

Ein neuer Haarschnitt, eine neue Frisur 💇🏼‍♀️ eine Veränderung, die nichts mit dem Wunsch nach "etwas anderem machen" zu tun hat.

Viele Menschen haben die Geschichte verfolgt, die Initiative auf vielfältige Weisen unterstützt, und ich habe mich mit verschiedenen ausgetauscht und schöne Gespräche geführt 🥰

Dieses Projekt von mir entstand aus einer Entscheidung, die ich vor 4 Jahren getroffen habe, im Grunde aus einer Klage 🤦🏼‍♀️ und die Geschichte wird auf der Kampagnenseite weiter erzählt 🙃

Ja, denn parallel dazu habe ich beschlossen, eine kleine Spendenaktion zugunsten der Krebsforschung Schweiz zu starten, um die Finanzierung wissenschaftlicher Projekte und internationale Forschungskooperationen im Bereich seltener Tumore zu unterstützen 🩵 und ich bin sprachlos über die Unterstützung, die auch dieser Idee bekommen hat 😍 und wer einen Beitrag leisten möchte, kann dies direkt über diese Seite bis zum 12.11.2023 tun 💌

A new haircut, a new hairstyle 💇🏼‍♀️ a change that has nothing to do with wanting to do something different.

Many people have followed the story, supported the initiative in various ways, and I've had the opportunity to have some great conversations 🥰

Il 19.10.2019 stavo andando a Londra per tagliare i capelli, senza un'idea concreta di cosa volessi fare 🤷🏼‍♀️

In quel momento ho deciso di fare l'ultimo taglio e di poi dare il via a questo piccolo progetto 🥰 e questo è lo scatto che ho fatto non appena ero uscita dal salone 🙈

Insomma, a distanza di 4 anni questo percorso si sta per concludere 💇🏼‍♀️ e sabato donerò sto tanto atteso mezzo metro ❣️

Nein, ich habe meine Haare noch nicht geschnitten 🙂

Am 19.10.2019 war ich auf dem Weg nach London, um mir die Haare schneiden zu lassen, ohne eine konkrete Vorstellung davon, was ich tun wollte 🤷🏼‍♀️

In diesem Moment entschied ich mich für den letzten Schnitt und beschloss dann, dieses kleine Projekt zu starten 🥰 und das ist das Foto, das ich gemacht habe, als ich den Salon verlassen hatte 🙈

Jetzt ist es soweit, nach 4 Jahren nähert sich dieses Projekt dem Ende 💇🏼‍♀️ und am Samstag werde ich diesen lang ersehnten halben Meter spenden ❣️

No, I haven't cut my hair yet 🙂

On 19.10.2019, I was on my way to London to get my hair cut, without a concrete idea of what I wanted to do 🤷🏼‍♀️

At that moment, I decided to make the last cut and then start this little project 🥰 and this is the snapshot I took as soon as I left the salon 🙈

Here we are, after 4 years, this journey is coming to an end 💇🏼‍♀️ and on Saturday, I will donate this much-awaited half a meter ❣️

Ci sono dei criteri da rispettare per poter donare i capelli? 🤔

Rolph AG scrive ⏩️ "Affinché possiamo utilizzare la vostra donazione di capelli per la produzione di parrucche, devono essere soddisfatti alcuni requisiti di qualità, rispettivamente dei criteri. I capelli tagliati devono avere una lunghezza minima di 25 cm, devono essere legati al taglio in modo che sia chiaro dove sono le punte e le estremità tagliate. I capelli non devono essere disordinati, in modo che non si sfreghino tra loro, non si aggroviglino e non si impiglino. Solo i capelli conservati correttamente possono essere utilizzati per la preparazione dai nostri parrucchieri".

Inoltre, l'azienda scrive ⏩️ "Prima del taglio, legare i capelli in una "coda di cavallo", quindi intrecciarli in una treccia e tagliarli sopra la base della treccia ben legata. In questo modo si eviterà che i capelli si annodino o si aggroviglino. I capelli tinti, decolorati o permanentati non sono adatti al riciclo".

Ho anche chiesto e mi è stato detto che non è obbligatorio lavare i capelli, né tagliare le punte prima della donazione 👍🏻

Gibt es Kriterien, die man erfüllen muss, damit man eine Haarspende machen kann? 🤔

Die Rolph AG schreibt ⏩️ "Damit wir Ihre Haarspende für eine Perückenherstellung verwenden können, müssen einige Qualitätsanforderungen bzw. Kriterien erfüllt werden. Die abgeschnittenen Haare benötigen eine Mindesthaarlänge von 25 cm, müssen an der Schnittstelle abgebunden sein damit klar erkennbar ist, wo die Spitzen und die Schnittenden liegen. Die Haare dürfen nicht durcheinander liegen, damit sie nicht aneinander reiben, sich ineinander verhaken oder verfilzen. Nur korrekt gelagerte Haare können für die Aufbereitung durch unsere Perückenmacherinnen verwendet werden".

Des weiteren schreibt die Firma ⏩️ "Vor dem Abschneiden bitte die Haare zu einem «Rossschwanz» binden und anschliessend zu einem Zopf flechten und oberhalb des gut geschnürten Zopfansatzes abschneiden. So kann das Haar nicht mehr verknoten oder verfilzen. Gefärbtes, gebleichtes oder dauergewelltes Haar ist für die Wiederverwertung nicht geeignet".

Ich habe zudem nachgefragt und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Haare vor der Spende nicht zwingend gewaschen noch die Spitzen geschnitten werden müssen 👍🏻

Are there criteria that need to be met to make a hair donation? 🤔

Rolph AG writes ⏩️ "In order for us to use your hair donation for making wigs, certain quality requirements, respectively criteria must be met. The cut hair needs to have a minimum length of 25 cm and must be securely tied at the cutting point to make it clear where the tips and cut ends are. The hair should not be in disarray to prevent them from rubbing against each other, tangling, or matting. Only correctly stored hair can be used by our wig makers during processing".

Furthermore, the company says ⏩️ "Before cutting, please tie the hair into a "ponytail" and then braid it, cutting it above the well-tied braid base. This prevents the hair from tangling or matting. Dyed, bleached, or permed hair is not suitable for reuse".

I also inquired, and I was told that it's not mandatory to wash the hair or trim the ends before the donation 👍🏻

On 28.10.2023, I will get a haircut; I won't shave my hair completely because I'm too fearful for that 😔 but I will try to make my small contribution.

At the same time, I'm launching a small fundraising campaign - I've thought long about whether to donate the amount I can raise for immediate purposes, but since the hair donation itself falls into this category, I will allocate the resources to research, specifically funding international scientific projects and research collaborations related to rare cancers 🩵

For every millimeter I cut, I'd like to collect CHF 1.-, so a total of CHF 500.-; and if we could exceed my expectations, well, that would be great 🫶🏼

The idea for this started on 19.10.2019 when I decided to cut my hair for the last time, complete with fringe 😅

From then on, I let my dyed hair grow out, brought them all to the same length, let them grow, and only occasionally gave them a trim 😊

My intention is genuine, a gesture of gratitude that life has not placed me in front of a challenge that many people of all ages face 🙌🏻

In this sense, if it only takes a good dose of willpower, perseverance, and patience to help a fellow human, why not? 🤔 This thought was the starting point - My hair grows, albeit slowly, and has a natural color that, according to others, I'm lucky to have - a color that many desire, and I'm happy to share.

The motivation was high from the beginning and irreversible over the years, but unfortunately, I've seen firsthand the difference such a gesture can make 🥺🥹

Ich werde einen halben Meter Haare spenden 💇🏼‍♀️

Am 28.10.2023 werde ich meine Haar schneiden, nicht komplett rasieren, weil ich dazu zu ängstlich bin 😔 aber ich werde versuchen, meinen kleinen Beitrag zu leisten.

Gleichzeitig starte ich eine kleine Spendenaktion - ich habe lange darüber nachgedacht, ob ich den Betrag, den ich sammeln werde, für unmittelbare Zwecke spenden soll, aber da die Haarspende selbst in diese Kategorie fällt, werde ich die Ressourcen für die Erforschung von seltenen Krebserkrankungen und insbesondere für die Finanzierung internationaler wissenschaftlicher Projekte und Forschungskooperationen weitergeben 🩵

Für jeden Millimeter, den ich abschneide, möchte ich CHF 1.- sammeln, also insgesamt CHF 500.-; und wenn wir meine Erwartungen übertreffen könnten, wäre das großartig 🫶🏼

Von da an liess ich meine gefärbten Haare auswachsen, brachte sie auf die gleiche Länge, liess sie wachsen und schnitt sie nur gelegentlich ein wenig 😊

Meine Absicht ist aufrichtig, eine Geste des Dankes dafür, dass das Leben mich nicht vor eine Herausforderung gestellt hat, mit der sich viele Menschen jeden Alters konfrontieren 🙌🏻

In dieser Hinsicht, wenn es nur eine gute Portion Wille, Ausdauer und Geduld erfordert, einem Mitmenschen zu helfen, warum nicht? 🤔 Dieser Gedanke war der Ausgangspunkt - ich habe das Glück, dass meine Haare langsam, aber sicher wachsen und eine natürliche Farbe haben, die, wie mir andere Leute sagen, ich glücklicherweise habe - eine Farbe, die viele sich wünschen und die ich gerne teile.

Die Motivation war von Anfang an hoch und auch unwiderruflich, aber in diesen Jahren habe ich leider aus erster Hand gesehen, welchen Unterschied solch eine Geste machen kann 🥺🥹

"Der Flügelschlag eines Schmetterlings kann einen Sturm auf der anderen Seite der Welt auslösen" 🦋 Ich glaube an den Schmetterlingseffekt und daran, dass solche kleine Aktionen die Zukunft positiv beeinflussen können. Und du?

Il 28.10.2023 ci dò un taglio, non raserò i capelli a zero perché per questo sono troppo pavida 😔 però cercherò di dare un mio piccolo contributo.

À côté lancio una piccola campagna di raccolta fondi - ho pensato alla lunga se devolvere l'importo che riuscirò a raccogliere per scopi più immediati, ma dal momento che la donazione dei capelli stessa rientra un po' in questa fascia, destinerò le risorse alla ricerca e più precisamente al finanziamento di progetti scientifici e collaborazioni di ricerca internazionali riguardanti i tumori rari 🩵

Per ogni millimetro che taglio, vorrei raccogliere CHF 1.- e quindi CHF 500.- in totale; e se riuscissimo a oltrepassare le mie aspettative, beh, sarebbe grandioso 🫶🏼

Questa idea è nata il 19.10.2019, quando ho deciso di tagliare per l'ultima volta i capelli, per l'occasione avevo anche tagliato la frangia 😅

Da lì in poi ho fatto crescere fuori i residui di colore, li ho portati tutti alla stessa lunghezza, li ho fatti crescere e poche volte gli ho fatto dare una spuntatina 😊

Il mio intento è genuino, un ringraziamento che la vita non mi ha posta davanti a una sfida a cui molte persone, di tutte le età, devono far fronte 🙌🏻

In questo senso, se ci vuole solo una buona dose di volontà, costanza e pazienza per aiutare un prossimo, perché non farlo? 🤔 Da questo pensiero è partito tutto - ho la fortuna che i capelli mi crescono, piano, ma crescono, e di un colore naturale che a detta di altre persone ho la fortuna di avere - un colore che tanti desiderano e che ho piacere di condividere.

La motivazione era alta e poi irrevocabile dall'inizio, ma in questi anni, sfortunatamente, ho visto in prima persona che differenza un gesto del genere può fare 🥺🥹

"Un solo battito delle ali di una farfalla può provocare un uragano dall’altra parte del mondo" 🦋 Io credo nell'effetto farfalla e credo che queste piccole azioni possano influenzere positivamente il futuro. E tu?
